Hi!!! This week I have to talk about the importance of sports, well pesonally I don´t do sports right now because I don´t have the time and I prefer doing other things like painting or reading. I know perfectly that the sedentary life it´s very bad and doing sports you will have a more healthy and long life. Before I enter to university I usually like swimming and basketball, I love it I could stay in the water hours and hours without boring, it help me to relax and have a good time, now I haven´t organized my time for do it.
Actually the sports has been forgotten because now the people aren´t interested on doing sports, all that they care about is work, studying and doing others things, the good health isn´t important and almost all the population are actually sedentary. For being healthy it is necesary do physical activity and eat properly. The fast food is other problem because of this a big percent of the population are fat and I think in the future this will be worst, all the people will be sedentary and the people will do less and less sports. And this is only a social problem that will affect to entire world.
For stop this it is necesary to encourage the people promoting the good health and all the benefits of the sport, like a better and longer life, less health problems, less aging , etc. Also it is necesary to do more sports activities in the community, maybe more marathons, games and campionships or open community places where doing sports don´t cost so much like in gyms. Maybe doing that kind of things we can improve the health of the people, and believe me, that will be felt inmediately in the welfare of the country.
